Overview of Training Course
Dear ViolinLabbers, work through these videos slowly. Their purpose is to facilitate building muscle strength, tone, flexibility, and coordination. The video players have speed controls so that as you practice and progress you can slowly build speed. Please never push yourself beyond what you can comfortably manage. Stop as soon as the wrist becomes tense, or the motion becomes erratic and uneven.
Ideally you will do an exercise two or three times within a practice period, several sessions per day. The more frequent you do the exercise the quicker the muscles will learn. Putting days in between sessions makes it easy for the muscles to "forget".
