I have not tried this yet but it looks fantastic.

Android users can use the browser based version.

This neat little app helps you memorize where notes are located on your fingerboard. It features a quiz mode where you see a note and have to indicate its position on the fingerboard. It also includes an ear training mode where they play a note to you and you have to locate it on the fingerboard.

Works well out of the box, but is also highly customizable with your own sounds.
