Hi Beth and everyone,the minute I became a member I've been living with this site,just a short question right now that really bugs me ,,How can I get rid of my thumb tention I really concentrated on it but I couldn't get it relaxed please help me if there's any special exeercise I need to do thanks a lot Sasan

Beth asked me to make some videos on the topic of tension. Thanks for prompting me! I'll get to it! Here's a tip: find a way to stand or sit so that you can put the scroll on a shelf or table. Now you can completely let go with your left hand. Practice as if you're playing harmonics. It'll sound awful - but playing relaxed is more important. I'll let you know when the video is ready...
