Please check out my Bowing movement. I don't think my finger and wrist are very flexible. Kindly suggest exercizes to keep the bowing straight and smooth.

I too found watching both Arunaditya's and Beth's video very helpful as others also said. It's remarkable how much we learn from each other's lessons. Makes me think maybe there coudl be an option of making the Video Exchange lessons public to the site as one option. Maybe not maybe that's a crazy idea, but I for one would be fine with it if others could benefit.
