Webinar - October 2015: Kinesthetic Intonation
Kinesthetic Intonation refers to how we feel distances between fingers on the fingerboard in response to the interval spacing between printed notes. First we are visually aware of the an interval, which then immediately translates to spacial relationships between our fingers. Developing a strong kinesthetic memory for interval spacing is fundamental to playing in tune and becoming good sight readers.
This class presents resources and tools to jump start both your knowledge of intervals as they appear on the printed page, as well as your awareness of interval spacing relationships from one finger to another.
