Hi Robyn, thank you for sharing that !

I didn't even realize that she was deaf until about a third of the way through the video.  Her hearing issue must be with the inner ear bones and not the nerve because she can obviously still hear her self talk.   I have a hearing impairment that allows me to hear myself very well, but it can be difficult hearing other's words, especially if they talk softly or have a deeper voice more on the lower end of the spectrum.   I find myself staring at people's mouths when they speak to me so that maybe I can catch a bit more of what they're saying....haha....btw.....I "DID" think of other ways to clap to create the sounds she was asking for !  Maybe having that challenge makes a person a bit more creative in general.
 
I'm going to have to listen to that again so that I can glean some more. She was wonderful !
