Hi All,
I tend to use iPads and I need to download the backing tracks to Nina and other pieces. I donít get the option to download on the iPad, I do on my phone but the file is always called getMedia.mp3 which has been used previously and so only ever plays the previously downloaded track. I need to download them because they never play properly in real-time due to a poor internet connection.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or where I might be able to download them? Ie where are they in the site and not just on the homepage recently added items?

Thanks
Sonia Lancaster

I get the feeling this probably isn't going to be especially helpful since I'm not sure I understood the question properly. It seems that maybe since iPad generally plays another compressed format besides mp3(AAC) this is why you can't use iPad?
There are free file converters that can make a conversion mp3 to AAC.

If you are asking to find a way to use the iPad on a cell carrier wifi when you don't have wifi on the iPad, you can tether the iPad to your smart phone. This is a work around for those who only use cell phiones as their main source of wifi.

Thank you for the replies. On a iPad I donít get any option to download or rename, all I see is a play button. When using my phone, I do get the option to download but not to rename the files.

I guess Iíll have to stop being lazy and fire up the PC!

Unfortunately I don't have an iPad to test with. But to download the files, right click on the the actual player bar. When you right click, you'll see options. Choose something like: Save file. This will download it to your computer.

Sonia, could you download the file to your hard drive on a computer, then re-upload it to a Dropbox or Google Drive account? Then they would be more easily accessed. That's what I do when I have to record without having my computer with me. I listen to the file from the Google drive app on my phone.

Sonia, I rename the files before I download them so I recognize them. Then it does not matter any more whether they all show up on the download option as getMedia.mp3. Just make sure you leave the .mp3 intact...
This seems a new thing to me. At least I cannot remember having had that problem a few months ago.

The link on the homepage is just a list of recently added items to alert us. So when you go to the Video Lessons Library and scroll to the end of the long list, there you see all these new videos.

Hi Sonia...

I tried but there's really no option to download it...Hope Beth would help us, I'm into day 3 of practicing NINA and would like to download it too.

There's available one in YT but it's slower, I like this faster version it challenges me to move my fingers in action I was so used to adagio tempo it's time for me to learn more rapid beat.
