Thank you all for your responses, especially to Beth for making the video.
Actually I was going to post a question about my left hand issue. I notice my left wrist is bent, when I try to place my left hand correctly, I feel like my finger span is very limited (Beth is right on point about that). I'm trying to correct it, but at this point I can't play while looking in the mirror, so it keeps falling back to the wrong position... I will definitely make this a priority from now on.

Dear Xing

I am with Janice that your left wrist is pronated. And you are not using your left elbow to move between strings.

Watch Eddy Chen here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jbge9yDTc9Y

On the plus side there is nice straight bowing. Good rhythm and fast speed.

I thought you played really well there. Lovely opening and closing relaxed bow arm and shifting too!  Nice even tone and fingers dropping and lifting cleanly.  The only thing that jumped out to me was maybe a pronated wrist which makes your pinkie have to work harder.  The teachers on here can advise on that unless it's just the camera angle.
Well done and thanks for sharing your practice.
