The straight bow series was excellent. I really enjoyed the wisdom of short bows near the bridge dividing the bow into sections. This will help me in several ways, some unrelated to pulling a straight bow.
At the tip, I outward suplinate my wrist in the last three or four inches rather than the figure eight imagery, which accomplishes the same thing
I sense the figure 8 naturally however, and it was one of the early things I noticed about others playing.
I also liked the portion about sensing the upper forearm at the tip, as well as the notion that when things are in place, the bow grabs the string at the tip. I found/find this to be true and actually had to teach myself to control the 'digging in', as I have strong arms.
I got the wide-eye, and decided to go ahead and give these a first viewing--I'll annotate them and tag you later.
