Thank you all for your responses, especially to Beth for making the video.
Actually I was going to post a question about my left hand issue. I notice my left wrist is bent, when I try to place my left hand correctly, I feel like my finger span is very limited (Beth is right on point about that). I'm trying to correct it, but at this point I can't play while looking in the mirror, so it keeps falling back to the wrong position... I will definitely make this a priority from now on.

I am with Janice that your left wrist is pronated. And you are not using your left elbow to move between strings.

On the plus side there is nice straight bowing. Good rhythm and fast speed.
